About our owners

John and Teresa Davis are a married couple living in Kingston, Tennessee. John is a native Kingstonian, and Teresa came to Kingston by way of Dayton, Ohio. Both possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit and are driven by a deep desire to achieve successful results in any endeavor that they commit to accomplishing.

Teresa is certified as a Halotherapist, Health and Life Coach, MELT Method Instructor, Fitness Instructor, and Wellness Advocate with doTERRA Essential Oils.

John is a Black Belt Martial Arts Instructor in Isshin-ryu Karate and has been a student of Martial Arts since 1976. He also enjoys studying Nutritional Engineering about Vitamins, Minerals, Trace Minerals, and Muscadine seeds.

My mom and I have gone to Halo Salt Cave & Spa twice. We did the salt room & ionic foot detox the first time. Yesterday we did the foot detox and salt booth. The salt room us extremely relaxing, but the benefits of the booth were way more noticeable for me. My allergies had been terrible for almost 2 weeks, and the salt booth was the cure I needed! I am finally able to breathe normally, and my body just feels better overall. The staff is super kind and funny! We will definitely be regulars going forward.

What a gem! We are visiting from the Philadelphia area and enjoyed a family afternoon at the Halo Salt Cave. Even our tween twins enjoyed the salt cave, detox foot baths, and infrared sauna. Booking was easy, owners were amazing and friendly and the facility was well equipped and easily accommodated all four of us at once. Grab your friends and have a salt cave girl’s afternoon of pampering.
